12 Dips For The Irish Heart Foundation

This December I’ll be taking part in the 12 Dips for The Irish Heart Foundation. As someone living with as someone living with  a life-long heart condition its a cause that’s close to me, any donations would be extremely appreciated. The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.
