The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.

The final day of the challenge and Hooman did 3.10 Miles/4.99 KMs BOD did a short 15 minute "Return To Walking/Pawing Protocols" ❤️‍🩹🐾👏 A grand total of €352 raised from a (secondary) amount set of €300

Day 1 and myself and BOD took a leisurely "Bimble" around Courtown Woods and our "Secret Walk!"..................

5 Miles / 8.05 KMs down and we keep moving forward!
