Is é cuspóir Fhoras Croí na hÉireann ná deireadh a chur le báis agus míchumas ó ghalair croí ⁊ stróc, ⁊ tacaíocht agus cúram a thabhairt dóibh siúd atá ag maireachtáil leis na coinníollacha deacra seo.
Cuirfidh bhur dtacaíocht fíor-dhifríocht ar dhaoine ⁊ ar theaghlaigh atá ag fulaingt de dheasca ghalair croí agus stróc.
