Every Dip Makes a Difference

I signed up for the 12 Dips in December! My team is called “Fuacht Ar Son Cúise 🩵⚓️”. This means “Cold For a Cause” as Gaeilge. 

I am proud to represent the Irish Naval Service with 12 Dips in December to support the Irish Heart Foundation for their amazing work! 

This challenge is a reminder that sometimes the greatest strength is shown not in comfort, but in choosing discomfort for the benefit of others.
