We are raising our heart rate in the cold Irish Sea for 12 Dips in December to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and we'd love your support to help protect hearts in Ireland.
We have both lost family, friends and loved ones to underlying heart conditions in the past. We hope to raise some funds and overall spread awareness about the Irish heart foundation.
