Hi guys so this past month I lost my Grandad suddenly due to a stroke those of you who know me know how close we were and I think in his honor we can help raise awareness We are taking part in 12 Dips in December to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and we'd love your support to help protect hearts in Ireland. ❤️
