Help Protect Hearts in Ireland
Myself and Aoife have decided to take part in 12 dips in December to raise vital funds and awareness for heart disease and stroke in Ireland. We have decided to dedicate this to my grandfather, Frank, who recently passed away suddenly due to a stroke. Any donations are greatly appreciated!Our Achievements
