Help Protect Hearts in Ireland
Hey guys! We are Lauren, Sienna and Ashleigh, a group of final year students studying at the University of Limerick. This Christmas, we have decided to take part in 12 dips of December to raise money for the Irish Heart Foundation.
We plan to take the plunge in different lakes, rivers and coasts around Limerick and would be grateful for any donation, no matter big or small!
Either way, just follow along and watching us freeze ourselves 12 times this December - should be a bit of fun, and all for a good cause x
