Walk 100km with your Dog in June

Help Protect Hearts in Ireland

I am taking part in Walk 100km with your Dog in June Challenge to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and I’d love your support to help protect hearts in Ireland. ❤️

The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.

Your donation will make a real difference to people and families affected by heart disease and stroke.

Thank you for visiting my page and for your support.

If not now, then when?

Sunday 25th May
For the month of June, I’m planning to walk 100km to support the Irish Heart Foundation. In 2023 I was given a superpower - a three-wire pacemaker to keep me going! The book chosen by the book club is very apt for the next month. ‘In Praise of Walking’ will surely complement this challenge. The book promises to make me healthier, happier and even brainier!! I look forward to walking with my 4-legged companion and enjoying the outdoors. Any small donation will be most appreciated. Míle buíochas!
