Hi everyone!

My name's Alex and I'm participating in this year's 12 dips of December on behalf of the Irish Heart Foundation. I'm doing this alongside some fellow members of my kayaking club MUCK. 

The Irish Heart Foundation does incredible work in attempting to lower and hopefully elimate preventable disabilities and deaths from heart disease and stroke!
