Friday 15th Nov Hi there 👋I have decided to do this challenge in December to fundraise for the Irish heart foundation.
Every hour a person suffers a stroke in Ireland and at the same time, 100s are also diagnosed with heart disease.
The IHF if do great work for the people affected some I hoping I can raise someone money by doing 12 dips in the Irish Sea this winter.
Appreciate any support even if it's just a message of encouragement.
