Why I am doing this
Monday 24th NovThis December, I’m taking on this challenge to raise vital funds for a cause that has become incredibly personal for me this year.
My grandad has been living with heart failure and he’s spent more time in hospitals this year than anyone should have to. Watching someone important to you fight through exhaustion, fear, and endless appointments is something that changes you. It’s shown me how important heart health support, research, and services truly are.
So this month, I’ll be getting into the cold water for 12 freezing dips to raise awareness, show support, and do something positive in honour of my grandad.
If you can spare anything at all, even the price of a coffee, it would genuinely mean the world. Every donation helps the Irish Heart Foundation continue their incredible work for patients and families who need it most.
