My why

I've 2 reasons for doing this running challenge. Firstly to get me out and running on a more consistent basis.
Secondly in memory of my Uncle Pat who passed away unexpectedly in 2019 after a heart attack. 
Any and all donations welcome. Also it's your chance to get a bit more movement into your life, increase your daily step count by walking or running.  Set up a new health habit for your heart health ❤️
