RUN 100

Running for the Hearts that Can't

I am taking part in RUN 100 to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and I’d love your support to help protect hearts in Ireland. ❤️

The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.

Your donation will make a real difference to people and families affected by heart disease and stroke.

Thank you for visiting my page and for your support.

First of all: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE DONATIONS THUS FAR!! I was surprised how easy the first two laps were, lap 3&4 however, I started regretting my choices for going to the gym earlier doing leg day and doing a run two days in a row, lap 5&6 were a breeze, I was going so fast at 4:45/KM. so proud of my body!!

RUN 100KM FOR IRISH HEART FOUNDATION

Sunday 2nd Feb
Hi guyss!!
I’m restarting couch to 10K and aiming to run 100KM in February and raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation!

The Irish Heart Foundation supports and campaigns for people who have been affected
by the heart and strokes throughout their lives.

I’m running to promote cardiovascular health and show that a little bit of exercise a few times a week can drastically improve your heart health.

This charity is very important to my heart, as many of you know my younger brother Kevin was born with his heart back to front, many of his wires crossed (it has some really long medical name lol) and had major heart surgeries in his first year of life which were the first of its kind in Ireland back in 2003.

I am eternally grateful for all of the support my family received and it has always been important to me to try my best and repay this back to the Irish Heart Foundation in any way I can.

More recently, my grandfather suffered from a stroke about ten years ago, and January just last week survived a heart attack at 88 years old and is currently residing at Vincent’s in the Cardiovascular Assessment Unit.

So now, more than ever, I am interested in promoting a healthy heart and I would appreciate any funding you can donate to the Irish Heart Foundation please!

Thanks ♥️

Thank you to my Sponsors
