In loving memory of my Dad John Kelly
Monday 2nd Mar I am going to hopefully RUN 100km during the month of March for the Irish Heart Foundation. I have chosen this specific charity in memory of my beloved Dad John Kelly who unfortunately passed away at the youthful age of 45 from a cardiac arrest. The IHF holds a special place in my heart as they provide valuable heart health education and carry out extremly important research within this specific area. Unfortunately due to the sudden passing of my Dad from cardiac disease I was introduced at a very early age to the aftermath of such a disease and the seriousness of this particular condition of not diagnosed or treated in a timely manner. By running 100kms during the month of February I am not only honouring the memory of my father but hoping to raise funds to donate towards the viatl work the IFH carry out.
