Saturday 12th Sep Only managed 3kms today …too many flipping wasps around… pesky little things!

Friday 11th Sep Absolutely lovely morning here in the West… out nice and early managed 6km with a bit of a rest… goddamn hip !

Monday 7th Sep 5km this evening .. found that hard going back and hips giving me gip… no matter we push on.. why can’t i post photos of the sights Im coming across… what am i doing wrong ?
