Hello, I am taking part in Arctic Challenge March 2026 to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and I’d love your support.❤️
1 in 4 women die from heart disease and stroke each year making it the no. 1 cause of death in women over 50 years.
Although more men compared to women suffer from heart attacks. We know that more women actually die from heart attack due to poor and slower diagnosis. Too many are already experiencing heart changes in their 50's without they even being aware of it.
The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.
Your donation will make a real difference to people and families affected by heart disease and stroke.
