This February, I’m running 100 kilometres for the Irish Heart Foundation — and I’m doing it to make every step count. I’m running for the families who’ve faced heart disease, for the survivors who’ve fought back, and for the hope that no one has to face it alone.
It won’t be easy. There’ll be days when the legs are heavy and the weather is rough — but that’s what makes it powerful. Each kilometre is a reminder that real strength comes from purpose, and that together, we can push through any challenge.
