The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.

A lovely walk in our local botanical gardens today, smelling all the lovely summer flowers and admiring all the butterflies in the sun 🌼🌸🌺🦋☀️

Another walk at the beach our favourite place to go!! Sand everywhere but worth it!! 🐾🐶❤️

A walk by the port today after a day off with all the rain yesterday! A lot of sniffs were had 🐶🥰

We had two long walks today one in the countryside and one in ralphies favourite place the beach, where he loves to get covered in sand 🌊🏖️🌅🐶🐾

Day off yesterday for Ralphie after his grooming but back at it today and got a good abit in!! 🐶🐾🦮🥰
