Please join me, follow me or just show some moral support for the next month as myself and many other Irish people decide to take on this personal Challenge that supports a very Important Cause and influences the wider Irish Communities. 

Stroke and Heart Disease has affected too many families, friends and colleagues In our Lives; let's hope run 100 can help raise awareness and support for those who are trying to gain more Knowledge in the science and especially
those who are suffering with Heart or stroke Illness.  

By putting myself out there I hope the fire under me can stay lit for the month of February and I can break the glass ceiling and Raise as much as I can for the Irish Heart Foundation! If you have a euro or two to spare then please donate if not then just wish me luck cause I'm gonna need it! 😀
