Dip 7 I done yesterday on St Stephans day, I don’t have any picture. But I can tell you it was cold 🥶 Dip 8 Well what a great way to shake off the Christmas dinner. Lovely and fresh day in Lough Owel.

What a fab day to start the 12 dips in December! My first dip was at Annagh Lake just outside ButlersBridge village. It was a cold one, but I feel great after!
