The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.
I am hosting a talk on how to get a better nights sleep on 20th Nov in Sylvesters GAA club Malahide. As a pharmacist and lifestyle medicine coach I have worked with many people to help them get better quality sleep with proven methods. All donations from talk will support this cause.
