Hi folks,
As of today. I have completed 122km in Feb so far. Thank you to everyone who has sponsored so far. It's been a mix of long walk  5k runs and 10k runs. But I'm delighted at the progress so far.

Tuesday 4th Feb
Total of 26km done up to today. Need to up it to get 160km done. Slow 10k today but 10k nonetheless

Hi folks,
I am doing the 100mile challenge in Feb for the Irish Heart Foundation. We all know people who are suffering and have suffered with crippling heart disease. I want to give back a bit to these wonderful people. To show we can beat this with the right attitude and right information. We need to educate people more as to how to manage their health as they get older.
