I am taking part in 60 in September to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and I’d love your support to help protect hearts in Ireland. ❤️
I was born with a rare heart defect called congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries which essentially means the ventricles and attached valves are reversed. Im taking part in this challenge/ fundraiser for the Irish Heart Foundation in appreciation for the care I received throughout my life.
The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.
