Monday 24th Feb
100 miles now completed. Will continue walking and jogging for the rest of the month.

22nd February

Saturday 22nd Feb
Great walk today with Ali. Less than 2 miles away now from reaching 100 miles for The Irish Heart Foundation.

February 20th

Thursday 20th Feb
Great walk today with another 5.85 miles completed. Now over 90 miles completed for the challange and less than 10 to go. 😃

19th February

Thursday 20th Feb
Short walk on 19th as ankle is back acting up again. Onwards and upwards. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.

18th February

Tuesday 18th Feb
3 mile jog today.. I have now completed over 81 miles.. 19 miles to go 😃 🏃‍♂️ 🎽

17th February

Monday 17th Feb
Had to take a few days off due to a slight ankle injury. Back at it today with 8 miles completed. 78 miles now complete. 😃

14th February

5 mile walk/jog for Valentines Day ❤️

Another 6.4 miles done yesterday. Really enjoying this challenge but definitely a shock to the body 😄

6 miles done this morning with Ali. Legs are starting to really feel it 😄

Took a rest day yesterday and back at the challenge this morning with a 5 mile walk.

A bit of a rest day today. 3 miles completed and 20% of the 100 miles also done and dusted for this great cause. Thank you to everyone who has donated. All donations, no matter how small, are greatfully appreciated.
