Help Protect Hearts in Ireland
Hi, I’m Dawn and I am taking part in a challenge just 350km from the Arctic Circle all in support of the Irish Heart Foundation.
The Irish Heart Foundation is a national charity working to prevent heart disease and stroke, supporting patients and saving lives through education, advocacy and research.
As part of the expedition I’ll be skiing across frozen lakes, hauling gear though snow covered landscapes and even sleeping outdoors in temperatures of — 20°C
