8th dip done after a week's break.
Monday 15th Dec Took a break during the storms. Water temperature is 1 degree lower than last week. Share
6 dips down. Half way there!
Sunday 7th Dec Managed a 7 minute dip just before it got dark. Felt cooler today but much calmer. Share
5th dip done.
Friday 5th Dec Big waves today, the sea was rough. 2 English lads kindly waited with me while I dipped. Share
