12 dips for Irish hearts
Freezing my bollox off 12 times all for a red hat and a bitta blood.
In all seriousness this is a charity close to my heart and because of my tattoo I can no longer donate blood to those struggling with heart conditions. Instead I'll jump into the freezing cold 12 times.
Any donations would be appreciated but honestly they mean nothing to me. Awareness is key. Always get checked 💪🏻

Wednesday 24th Dec Now that 12 dips is officially wrapped up and Christmas around the corner I want to give a big thanks to everyone who donated and supported me doing this challenge. Special thanks to all those who joined me for the swims; my parents, Jack Dillon, Conor Roche, Dominic ó Súilleabháin and Ben O Raghallaigh. Doing these 12 dips has been class even if my bollox felt like it was frozen off once or twice. Cold weather and long cycles up to the forty foot were definitely a challenge but after a while some psycho nerve must've flicked as I actually think I'll miss those swims. This charity does really mean a lot to me, my family has struggled for a long time with heart related diseases, it's always important to get checked if you suspect anything. On a less serious note I think I'm gonna let my balls recover after the trauma they've suffered for a while, Christmas couldn't come quicker. Thanks again 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Share
