12 dips for Irish hearts
Freezing my bollox off 12 times all for a red hat and a bitta blood.
In all seriousness this is a charity close to my heart and because of my tattoo I can no longer donate blood to those struggling with heart conditions. Instead I'll jump into the freezing cold 12 times.
Any donations would be appreciated but honestly they mean nothing to me. Awareness is key. Always get checked 💪🏻
