Walking, Running & Jogging for the Hearts that Can't
🏃♂️❤️ 60 in September for the Irish Heart Foundation ❤️🏃♂️
I’m taking on 60 miles in September to raise money for the Irish Heart Foundation.
I did this challenge previously back in February and managed to raise over €500, so I’m hoping to beat that this time around!
Heart disease affects so many families, and I’m sure we all know someone who has been affected by it in some way. It’s a great cause and one that’s definitely worth getting a few miles under the belt for.
The only downside is trying to run 60 miles in Irish weather… because apparently running through sideways rain, wind and temperatures that can’t make up their mind is good for the heart! 😂
Every donation, no matter how big or small, is massively appreciated. ❤️
