RUN 100 - Every Beat for Ciara
This February, I’m taking part in Run 100 for the Irish Heart Foundation in memory of my sister, Ciara, who we lost unexpectedly to heart disease last March. We had no idea she was living with the condition, heart disease doesn’t always come with warning signs.
This is about raising awareness first and foremost, so other families don’t have to experience the same loss. Donations are very welcome, but even sharing this or taking a moment to learn the signs can make a difference. I’ll be carrying Ciara with me in every run ❤️
