Nearly at the end of September
Sunday 27th Sep Nearly there, my intentions for doing this walk are to raise vitals funds for research and support for those with heart disease. But to also give me more motivation to get out and walk again. We can all makes excuses for not doing it. Busy work days, family commitments etc but what’s 60 mins of your day when the benefits you get far out weigh this. Struggling to get out? Don’t think about it, just do it 🥰 Share

Wednesday 26th Aug Five days until the start of 60 in September. Always good to support those who need it. I needed support 6 years ago during and after my heart surgery. Without the support of Irish Heart Foundation and Croi and the resources available to me, I would have found the recovery more challenging. I will always be grateful for their support.
