Run 100 kilometres for Paul
Me and my girlfriend are running 100 kilometres for my cousin Paul who died of a sudden heart attack in 2016. Paul was loved by so many and was like a big brother to me as I lived with him for 12 years until his unfortunate passing, I looked up to him so much as a kid and so did everyone around him. Near to his passing Paul had an outstanding weight loss which he worked so hard for, he quit smoking and was going to propose to his current partner on the week of his passing. His death has been a scar on our family and having a heart attack at such a young age is cruel. Not only Paul but 3 of my grandparents have also passed from heart related issues. So that’s why I want to raise money for the Irish Heart Foundation for anyone who needs the help or to prevent untimely deaths like Paul’s. That’s why I’m doing it For Paul❤️.Our Achievements
