Got my KM’s in today in the rain. A little slow cause Jack & I were checking the horses on the way, but we made today’s target.

An adventurous hike through the fields with my 2 boys this evening. These 2 are definitely getting me fit & saving my heart in many ways.

Another nice walk this evening for the Irish Heart Foundation with my best buddy, Jack. I think he prefers the car ride to these walks more than the walk itself.

Our first walk outside the farm on a concrete footpath. Poor Jack didn’t know what was happening with all the cars. But he did meet a cow on his way.
