Pizza to celebrate finishing 100 in feb… woohoo go me, some days were a challenge but I needed it to push past some mental and physical minefields. 

10km nearly done

Almost there, last 2 days to push hard

Making up for the yesterday, doubled up and kept going, hard push now for the rest of the week

After the group run today my breathing and stride and struggling, I went out again to try and increase them, to allow for better recovery if I stop on long runs etc.
Plus it’s why we do it isn’t it 🤣 better lung and heart health.

Losing my mam was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to go through, but losing her so quick and not knowing if we could have done anything to stop it scares me…. I’ll walk and run as long as I can in the hopes it helps other people, we don’t always have control over our bodies but Im making sure people are aware and trying to be as healthy as they can be, every step counts.
