Ups, I think I stayed bit too long today

I stretched it to 12 mins and obviously this is bit too long for me toes (at least 1 of them). Back to 10 then.

3rd Swim and more

Thursday 11th Dec
Today the sea was very rough and it was first time when my head went under the water. Normally I do not wet my hair and today my head was down more than 3 times. 
My son captured this shot from the shore, which captures the intensity of the waves today.
