Run no.2 down. Good weather for it and an extra bit done tonight. Definitely going to try go for the 5k each run from now on. Onto the next ✅

Although a late start to this, 1st run down. Only a 3.8km as the weather wasn’t on my side but will be sure to make up to lost km’s down the line 💪🏼.

I’m Jordan,
I’m 23 living in Cork and I, as well as many of you have had or know someone close to me suffer from a stroke or heart disease. 

Recently I feel as though almost every week I hear of someone being diagnosed with a form heart disease which is why I have decided this year to participate in RUN 100. 
This is not just about fundraising but also to encourage people to look after themselves physically and mentally. 

RUN 100 is a challenge where you must try to run 100km in the month of February. I will share updates each time I complete my run in order to let people know my progress. 

Any donations are very welcome and appreciated. These donations go straight to the Irish Heart Foundation in order to fund all the fantastic work they do on a daily basis.
