I am taking part in Walk 100km with your Dog in June Challenge to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and I’d love your support to help protect hearts in Ireland. ❤️

The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.

110.46kms done!🎉 Buddy had man trailing training in Donadea Forest so we put the Strava on and got to work!

We had a nice little walk in the Phoenix Park this morning. We’ve already reached our target but we’ll keep recording our kms 🐾🐾

Well we did it! 100.2kms done as of today! We have all enjoyed every step and plan on keep getting more kms in before the end of the month.

Twenty Second Walk

Sunday 22nd Jun
This morning we went to our favourite park, the Phoenix Park. We done just over 5kms so now we’re less than 5kms away from target.

Twenty first Walk

Saturday 21st Jun
This walk in the Phoenix Park has us at 90.05kms! Less than 10kms to go, we have enjoyed every minute of it 🙌🏻

Twentieth Walk

Saturday 21st Jun
This morning we done the cliff walk in Portrane. It was nice and quiet and the pups got a dip in the sea 🌊

Nineteenth Walk

Friday 20th Jun
Our afternoon walk was around Glasnevin Cemetery with Buddy as Ruby was too tired to come back out. This walk has put us at 80.7kms, less than 20kms to go.

Eighteenth Walk

Friday 20th Jun
This morning we done a short walk around Derryounce Lakes. Both Buddy & Ruby got in the water to cool down on this hot day.

Seventeenth Walk

Thursday 19th Jun
Second walk of the day was Farmleigh in the Phoenix park. This walk has us at 73.74kms. Tomorrow we plan on going to a lake which Ruby will absolutely love.

Sixteenth Walk

Thursday 19th Jun
First walk of the day was to Moore Abbey Wood’s. The weather was beautiful and not too warm.

Fifteenth Walk

Wednesday 18th Jun
This morning we went to the beautiful Glendalough. It was the first time the pups had been there. We got a beautiful morning. This puts us at 63.3kms 🎉

Fourteenth Walk

Tuesday 17th Jun
We are so happy to see the nice weather back. We went to the Phoenix park this morning and that has brought us up to 56.88kms! Tomorrow we will be going somewhere new for an extra long walk 🐾🐾

Thirteenth Walk

Monday 16th Jun
We’ve reached the half way point, 52.24kms done as of this morning. We got this 👏🏻👏🏻🐾🐾

Twelfth Walk

Just a short walk while visiting family making those kms add up 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Eleventh Walk

Sunday 15th Jun
We’re at 45.95kms! Hopefully the weather will turn nice and we can get in some longer walks 🐾🐾

Tenth Walk

Saturday 14th Jun
Well we have met our fundraising goal and now we just have to do the 100kms. We’re nearly half way there after a very wet walk in the park. Fingers crossed we get some sunshine tomorrow

Ninth Walk

Finally the sun has returned! We just reached 38.12km! Hopefully we’ll get another few kms in later today 🐾🐾

Eight Walk

Sunday 8th Jun
So that’s the first week of the challenge done and we’re a third of the way there. It was a wet walk so it wasn’t the longest walk. Bring on the sunny weather 🌦️

Seventh Walk

Sunday 8th Jun
Just a short walk done this morning as we’re heading out to Palmerstown House later with the dogs so we get get plenty of kms done!👍🏻

Sixth Walk

Saturday 7th Jun
Myself and Ruby went to Oldbridge House in Drogheda for their market so we managed to get a few kms in.

Fifth Walk

Saturday 7th Jun
Another 5kms done this morning in the phoenix park bringing us over the 20kms!🎉🐾

Fourth Walk

Wednesday 4th Jun
Myself and Ruby headed out for an afternoon walk. We saw squirrels, ducks, horses and cows. We are now nearly at 20kms, one fifth of the way there 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Third Walk

Wednesday 4th Jun
The walk this morning brought us to over 13kms. This challenge is a win win situation as the dogs get nice long walks while also raising money. We hope to get another walk done later today

Second Walk

Tuesday 3rd Jun
We just done 5.07kms this morning in our favourite park the Phoenix Park. We are getting there slowly but surely!
