Thursday 25th Dec
Christmas day swim to finish out the 12 with my mam and aunt. Was a great morning for it and have had a savage time doing the dips . Gonna try keep it up now every weekend or as often as possible. Thanks everyone whos donated already or who will , happy Christmas

Lahinch beach after the gym today , not a soul in sight when I went in. Again surprised it wasn't baltic
