Why I am Doing This

Hi Guys, 
As most of you know we lost our Mam, Our Trish back in October unexpectedly after a short illness. It was a loss we were never prepared for, a loss we never knew was coming, a loss we never thought would ever come. Mam, Trisha as most of you called her, was sick for just a short time and had to undergo surgery on her heart. It was something she didn’t know was wrong, something that just knocked us all. I am doing these 10,000 steps a day for the month of September, because not only should she be here, with more research and more help we can help to save the lives of other women, mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, nieces and friends. A little help can go a long way. Thank you.
