Saturday 22nd Aug I’m taking part in the 60 km challenge for the Irish Heart Foundation in September, a cause that is very close to my heart. My daddy sadly passed away from a heart attack 22 years ago at the age of 46, so this fundraiser has a very personal meaning for me. I’m proud to take on this challenge in his memory and to help raise awareness and support for the important work the Irish Heart Foundation does in preventing heart disease and saving lives ❤️.
