Thursday 6th Feb Sooooo. We’re not doing very good. I think that “cold” is actually a chest infection. I don’t mind too much because i’m still on track with my plans which is running 25KM per week, currently on 24 with another full day left so no matter what i’m gonna have to run 1KM tomorrow which may or may not be the hardest thing i’ve ever done. We’ll see. Share

Wednesday 5th Feb Feel worse than I did yesterday, definitely came down with some sort of cold. I think tomorrow I’m gonna take it easy. We’ll still get a few KM into the legs but probably only 3/4 at an easy pace. Share
