60 Miles in September

​If you had told me a while ago that I’d be lacing up my running shoes to cover 60 miles, I probably would have laughed. Yet, here I am, tracking my miles and preparing to push my physical boundaries for a cause that touches almost every family in Ireland: The Irish Heart Foundation.

​Every year, thousands of people in Ireland are affected by heart disease and stroke. It’s a reality that hits home for many of us, whether through personal experience or watching loved ones navigate recovery and lifestyle changes. Heart conditions don't discriminate, but the good news is that early intervention, research, and community support make a massive difference.

​That’s where this challenge comes in.
