Running for the Hearts that Can't

I am taking part in RUN 100 to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and I’d love your support to help protect hearts in Ireland. ❤️

The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.

Support My 100km Run This February

This February, I’m taking on one of the biggest challenges of my life: running 100 kilometers.

Not for medals.

Not for personal glory.

But for the hearts that can’t run, can’t race, and can’t keep up—yet still deserve a full, beautiful life.

Why This Run Matters

So many people live every day with heart conditions that limit their ability to move freely, dream boldly, or live without fear. For them, a short walk can feel like a marathon. For some, even rest is a struggle.

I’m running for those hearts.

Every kilometer I run represents strength they’re forced to find daily. Every step is a reminder that while my legs may ache, I am lucky enough to keep moving—and that privilege shouldn’t be taken for granted.

The Challenge: 100km in February

Throughout February, I’ll be logging 100 kilometers, pushing my body beyond comfort and leaning into discomfort with purpose. There will be cold mornings, tired legs, and moments where quitting feels easier.

But quitting isn’t an option—because so many people don’t get that choice.

How You Can Help

I can’t do this alone.

Your support—whether through donations, sharing this journey, or simply cheering me on—helps turn this run into something bigger than me. It helps raise awareness, fund support, and remind those with heart conditions that they’re not forgotten.

If you can:

  • 💖 Donate (any amount makes a difference)
  • 🔁 Share this post with your community
  • 👟 Run or walk alongside me, even for a kilometer

You become part of this story.

Running With Heart

This isn’t just a fitness goal.

It’s a promise.

A promise to show up, to keep going, and to use my healthy heart to stand up for those whose hearts are still fighting.

Thank you for believing in this run.

Thank you for supporting the hearts that can’t.

Let’s turn 100 kilometers into hope.
