Beautiful walk on tramore beach today. A lovely warm breeze. Hard to believe tomorrow is the last day of our walk 100km with your dog in June challenge. Great to support a wonderful cause. ☀️☀️🐾❤️🐶

A beautiful day for walking at the boardwalk today. Myself, Frank and my little niece enjoyed our walk, lovely warm breeze. ❤️🐾🐶

We did it… We reached our 100km for the Irish Heart Foundation. Total so far 101.78km. ❤️❤️ We will continue to walk till the end of June. 🐶🐾❤️

Endless laps on the gaa pitch this evening. We are very close to our total of 100km for the Irish Heart Foundation. Delighted we took on this challenge again this year. Really pushed myself to get out each day for such a good cause and for all the hearts that can’t. ❤️🐾🐶

Hi everyone I will be walking 100km with my dog Frank to protect hearts in Ireland for the month of June. ❤️❤️❤️ We completed this challenge in 2022 and 2024 for the Irish Heart Foundation. 


Sadly on Easter Sunday this year my family lost our uncle to a heart attack, it was very sudden and a big shock. It’s still hard to believe. So this year along with family and friends, myself and Frank will walk 100km in memory of my uncle who left us too soon. 


Any donation big or small will be greatly appreciated. Your donations will make a real difference to people and families affected by heart disease, stroke and will help to save lives by funding CPR training and raise awareness.
