I am taking part in RUN 100 to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and I’d love your support to help protect hearts in Ireland. ❤️

16km 'easy' run😭
Monday 17th Feb Happy with this, 166 hr is way too high for an easy run but im still happy because i go off how my body feels and i feel great so im happy with it. First 16km easy run done of the new block excited to push on Share

Monday 17th Feb Very happy with this workout, first time being on the ul track and had a blast recorded some footage for the youtube aswell. Unfortunalty my watch doesnt have a feature to do interval workouts so i have to stop and start it all the time but its not the end of the world very happy with this Share

Another 13km easy peasy lemon squezy
Wednesday 5th Feb kept it slow and easy to build that aerobic base and not worry about pace too much. kept it at an average of 148bpm so delighted with that, shows my progress. happy out Share

13km easy run 3 feb
Tuesday 4th Feb Very happy with this and you might be surpirsed by that. I always do my easy runs way too hard and fast,so today i wanted to really make sure i had a low hr throughout. Never saw 140 hr after a run before so im very happy. The times where i can do a lengthy run, 13km, and have a hr of 140 that would be ideal because its never about the time at least it shpuldnt be so as long as im not exerting much energy, im happy. Need to ditch these shoes tho💀lets goooo Share

Start of run 100 with my long run‼️💪
Saturday 1st Feb very tough started off first 15km pretty much all in direct head wind which was demoralizing because it was pushing me back alot, i tried staying positive and kept pushing. my arsenal jacket was way too small jot and stuffy and i had trouble breathing throughout. obviously my plantar facsiatis isnt helping but that wasnt a big problem for today icl it was the headwind and i just got so tired so quickly after running into the wind but oh well im not too down about it 25 km done🦿love to be a part of this challenge and we start with a bang hopefully i can get the garmin but tbh i really look forward to recieving the medal🫡🤣and the t shirt is very comfy Share
💪🇮🇪‼️
