Friday 7th Feb
Today is my 5th run of the challenge, smashed out a 5km. I’m aiming to increase my distance for my next run to make up those kilometers!

My fourth run - my longest so far - was on the 5th of Feb. A 6km with some beautiful scenery.

Friday 31st Jan

I have decided to take on the challenge of running 100km throughout the month of February for the Irish Heart Foundation. I am incredibly grateful to be able to move my body and take on this challenge. There are so many who cannot do the same due to health struggles, and it’s for them that I’ll be taking part in this challenge. I hope to not only push my own limits but also raise awareness and funds to help the Irish Heart Foundation continue their vital work.
