Friday 7th Nov Hi peeps,I am planning to take part in the 12 dips December challenge for the Irish Heart Foundation this year. This organisation means a lot to me as I suffered cardiac complications as a result of an almost fatal saddle pulmonary embolism in October 2022. IHF services are greatly needed here in Ireland.
