The finish Line

Wednesday 30th Sep

Today finishes my 60 miles in September for Irish Heart Foundation. All in honour of my hero, my wonderful Dad. Tomorrow was Dads birthday so happy heavenly birthday Dad, hope you and Mam are celebrating.

Thanks so much to everyone who has donated. The fundraiser will be pinned on my page for another few days. Big thanks to my John for pushing me on every day to keep going, Sasha and Barry for running the last 6km with me this evening.

3 Day to go

Sunday 27th Sep

So after 27 day I've 90km done. So delighted to have got this far. Its going strong. 6km left to do. Some kms have been though so I think of dad and that keeps me going. Again thanks to everyone who has donated.

So after 11 day I've 43km done. So delighted with my progress so far. Its going strong. Seeing lots of Robins along my way and I know that its dad's way of keeping me going. Again thanks to everyone who has donated x

Monday 31st Aug

So tomorrow starts my 60 in September. Im not sure if it will be kms or miles yet. I'll have to see how the weeks are going. Thanks so much to everyone who has donated so far. Please keep an eye out here for my progress as the days go by.

Sunday 23rd Aug

On 3rd Jan 2025 I lost my dad after a stroke. This was his second stroke. I never got to say goodbye as he was unconscious after the stroke for a few days before he passed away. It was such a hard blow as mam had passed 6 weeks previous. His heart was just broken in every way.
