Oh my God..a major achievement for me..1st one in the bag.

Tuesday 11th Nov
Due to a chequered family history with Heart Disease. I consider myself among one of the lucky ones. 
My father wasn't so lucky in his early 60s. Advancements in medical technologies have made us as a family very aware of early interventions.  My eldest brother at 58, my older sister at 55  and my youngest brother at 54  all required major heart surgeries.. 
Hence my need to get checked also. Roll on June 2024 on a routine Echo chardiogram it was discovered I indeed had a tumour on my pulmonary 🫁 artery. Fast forward to December 2024 I had open heart surgery to remove said tumor which I was mist likely to have been born with.. now almost 60.
I spent 2 weeks in the Mater Hospital in Dublin and Thanks to Mr Redmond and everyone involved in my care, I get to write the next chapter.. 
12 Dips in December,  oh my lord. 
I get to be here for a while longer so your donation will help more people to be like me and get to rewrite the script.. onwards we go..
