Anyone who knows me, know the water is my happy place & to be honest I don’t need any encouragement to get in the water anywhere, anytime. Therefore I don’t normally ask for sponsorship to do something I love . 
I have recently started working for the Irish Heart Foundation & am blown away by the amazing work they do, with support, education and advise for all to try and reduce the staggering statistics of Cardiovascular Disease here in Ireland. 
I am now proudly asking for sponsorship no matter how small an amount to help increase the number of healthy happy hearts 💜💜💜
